Offer Stage Enhancements
You can now make the Offered stage mandatory in the candidate workflow. We’ve added an Edit button next to the offered stage, allowing you to modify the offer before finalizing it.
To maintain a consistent hiring process, the Mark as Hired button will remain disabled until the candidate accepts the offer. If the candidate declines the offer, the Move to Next Stage button will be disabled, preventing any further advancement or hiring.
Manual Cancellation of Offer Approvals
The Cancel Approval button allows you to efficiently handle offer approvals by helping you manually cancel offer approvals within the workflow. For example, previously, if a candidate verbally rejected an offer, the offer approval request would continue to appear on the Overview page and Pending tasks.
With the introduction of Cancel Approval button, you can manually cancel offer approvals, and the system immediately removes the approval from the overview and pending tasks.
There are two ways to reject an offer approvals:
Manual Cancellation: To manually cancel an approval, click the Cancel Approval button. The system will remove the approval from both the overview and pending tasks and automatically send a cancellation email to the approver.
Automatic Cancellation: When a candidate declines an offer during the offer stage, the system automatically removes the offer from all relevant lists and triggers a cancellation email to the approver. This process ensures that no outdated tasks remain in the workflow.
