★ What’s New


We have released new updates to the 'Onboarding Plan' for Skillate. Employee onboarding can be time-consuming and stressful, but it is an essential step for every organization. 


The Onboarding Plan feature allows you to automate onboarding steps, such as sending candidate forms to collect additional information about candidates, enabling cross-functional collaboration with Internal Teams via Internal forms and much more. This will enable businesses to drive digital transformation and, at the same time, reduce dependency on recruitment teams, providing them with ample time to focus on other core projects.



▶ What’s covered in this release:


[1] Internal Forms: This feature enables cross-functional collaboration with Internal Teams via Internal forms

[2] Automated Reminders: This feature assists in sending timely notifications or alerts to users automatically, prompting them to complete respective onboarding steps. Users can customize these reminders based on their preferences, allowing them to set the frequency as required.

[1] You can set up automated reminders configuration in  Settings > General Configuration > Onboarding Plan > Configuration section.



[2] You can add multiple step types in a single Onboarding Plan i.e. Candidate Forms or Internal Forms or both.



[3] You can enable or disable automatic reminders while setting up the Onboarding Plan Steps. By default, it will be enabled during step configuration.
