Spoltlight:
- We have added a feature to view the offer approval status upon approving the offer. Click on the View Status provided on the Approved container to view the approvers' name, comments they have provided and the format in which you have configured the approval chain (All needs to approve / anyone can approve)
- We are now showing the candidate's Active Stage Name (Interview Stage) on the respective candidate card.
- Consider that AOP is enabled, and you have hired a candidate for an open position. When you click on Mark as Joined upon hiring a candidate, the following pop-up will only have an option to Add as a user.
Other Enhancements
IJP’s eligibility-related email template (triggered from the backend) will have the Job Location mentioned.
We have removed .zip option while uploading a resume with the source as Agency or Referral.
You can now view the interview organizer’s name against Scheduled By from the respective candidate card, along with the other interview details.
Bug Fixes:
The interview scheduling page's calendar was not capturing the panelists’ calendars. It has been fixed now.
The global scorecard's optional/mandatory check was not copied correctly for the new requisitions. It has been fixed and ensures you don't have to enter which stage the scorecard should be active and where it is optional.
Notifications on Chatbot Responses were not redirecting to the required page. It has been fixed, and you will be redirected to the candidate page to view chatbot responses.
