The source analytics report helps you evaluate the number and quality of candidates added to the system. It further helps in deciding how to maximize the ROI for the candidate sourcing tools that are in use.

Navigate to the Reports & Analytics tab and click on Source Analytics to access the report.


Let us look at the various sections and reports available within Skillate’s Source Analytics.

  1. Total Candidates SourcedIt displays the total number of candidates added to the system. The count here includes the duplicate profiles.


  1. Unique ResumesIt displays the total number of unique candidate profiles (resumes) present in the system from the Total Candidates added to the system. You can also view the percentage of unique candidate resumes present in the system here.

Note: 
You cannot apply the filters for the above three sections.
You can apply date filters for a range of 730 days at a time.


Source Breakup


The source breakup section in Source Analytics displays the breakup of candidate sources. 


Please note that only those sources from which you have sourced candidates will be displayed here. (Implies it varies from organization to organization, and you may not be able to view all the available sources in the system here)

Let us take a look at the various parameters available for this report:


  1. Total displays the total number of unique candidates sourced and their first source

  2. Each sub-parameter (sources) is based on the sources of candidates for your organization. The percentage is calculated w.r.t. total count shows below source breakup.


  1. You can apply filters and narrow down the details. The system will consider the date you had added the candidate to the system.


Sub-Source Breakup


The sub-source breakup displays candidates' sources via various sub-sources like the source breakup. 


What are sub-sources?
When you upload a candidate's resume to Skillate, you will be asked to choose a source and then a sub-source. It is further used for filtering the candidate profiles.

Let us take a look at the various parameters available in this report:


  1. Total displays the total number of unique candidates sourced and their sub-source based on the first source.


  1. Each sub-parameter (sources) is based on the sources of candidates for your organization. The percentage is calculated w.r.t. total count shows below sub-source breakup.


  1. You can apply filters and filter out the details. The system will consider the date you had added the candidate to the system.


  1. You can choose a source from the drop-down menu, and the split of sub-sources will be displayed. By default, the drop-down menu will display all the sources available in the system.

  • Both graphs are pictorial representations of the top 5 sources of candidates and their count who were offered a job and hired.
     

  • ‘Top 5 Sources of Offered Candidates’ displays the total number of candidates who were offered any job and also who were marked as hired. Similarly, the ‘Top 5 Sources of Hired Candidates’ will display the total number of candidates hired.

  • You can apply filters and choose a range of dates to filter out the details.

    • The date filter will be applied for the ‘Top 5 Sources of Offered Candidates’ considering the ‘added on’ date.
