Offering a candidate a job and hiring them marks two crucial tasks of a recruiter. And here is what you can do with the new Overview enhancements.

What’s new?

Candidates in Offer Stage


As the name suggests, it shows the number of candidates currently in the Offer stage of any job (that you have access to).


Click on the count, and you can view the further bifurcation. There will be eight sub-sections. By default, you will get to view the total number of candidates.


However, click on the required tabs here to refine your stats.


  1. Offers to be generated: Total number of candidates in the offer stage who are yet to have their offers generated.

  2. Offers to be sent for approval: Total number of offer letters yet to be sent for approval.

  3. Offer approvals pending: Total number of offer letters that have been generated but are awaiting approval.

  4. Offers ready to be rolled out: Total number of offer letters approved and ready to be rolled out to candidates.

  5. Offers sent to candidates: Total number of offer letters rolled out to candidates but yet to be acknowledged.

  6. Offers accepted by candidates: Total number of offer letters that the candidates have accepted.

  7. Offers rejected by candidate: Total number of offer letters that candidates have rejected.

  8. Offers revoked: Total number of offer letters that the recruiter revoked.


Note: You can click on the candidate name to open the candidate details page in the offered job.



Candidates to Join


You can view the number of candidates who have accepted the job offer (to which you have access) and are awaiting to join your organization.


Click on the count, and you can view the Candidate Name, Job Title, Recruiter and Joining Date.


Further, click on the candidate name to open the candidate details page in the Hired stage of the respective job.
