Mercer | Mettl Integration


We are happy to announce that we have added Mercer | Mettl to our integration bundle. This online assessment tool will come in handy while looking for faster and more effective hiring.


Users can integrate to their Mettl account from Skillate by entering the API keys from the Settings > General Configuration > Integration > Mercer | Mettl.

Feature Enhancements


Candidate Experience Survey

The candidate experience survey has got the following enhancements:

  1. An option to enable/disable the candidate experience survey for the organization, from the global settings page.

  2. A new tab called Milestone is added. 
    This allows users to choose a milestone of the global hiring plan to which the survey should be mapped. It will be mapped to the 1st stage of the selected milestone.



Reason Configuration

Users can configure reasons for canceling an open position. Navigate to Settings > General Configuration > Reasons Configuration > Position Cancellation. A new tab has been added for the same. Learn more.


A new reason can be added while canceling a position from a job’s Position Mapping page as well.



Resume Version History

Users can view all the versions of a candidate's resume that has been uploaded from the Resume tab on the Candidate details page. 

  1. Click on See version history from the Resume tab on the Candidate details page.

  2. The following page will display all the previous versions of the candidate's resume that was uploaded.

  3. Clicking on the version tab will display the respective resume.

Activity log: As a new version of the resume is uploaded, the activity log in the Candidate details page is updated.


All versions of the uploaded resume will be again available from the Attachments tab on the Candidate details page.



UI Updates


  1. Employee Portal: The job details page UI has been revamped.

  2. IJP: Users can now view the job’s respective grade on the Jobs home page in IJP.
