Skillate allows you to choose a primary and secondary font for your company’s career page. The primary fonts usually take over the main titles and the secondary font will go into the body text.


For adding a font as primary:

  1. Click on the Edit icon.

  2. Choose a method in which you would like to add the font. 

Setting up fonts for careers page

  1. Link

    1. Copy and paste the link from the website (like from Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts, etc.).  
      Refer to the Note section added towards the end of the page on how to fetch the font link.

    2. The font family name has to be filled in manually.

    3. Add a font color by entering the respective Hexa code starting with ‘#’. Like #000000, #00153a, etc.
      A preview of the chosen color will be displayed in the box.

  2. Import Style:

    1. Copy and paste the font face from the website (like Google fonts, Adobe fonts, etc.). 
      Refer to the Note section added towards the end of the page on how to fetch the font style.

    2. The font family name has to be filled in manually.

    3. Add a font color by entering the respective Hexa code starting with ‘#’. Like #000000, #00153a, etc.
      A preview of the chosen color will be displayed in the box.

  1. Upon adding them, click on Update to complete the process.

  2. Follow the same steps for adding secondary font for your career page.

  3. Click on Proceed to move to the next step of setting up your careers page.


Note: If only Primary Font is configured, it will be used across the careers page.

 


Note: Suppose you are trying to add a font from Google Fonts. 
1. Navigate to the respective font page and choose the font style, click on Select Style.Adding fonts from Google Fonts

2. You will find an option to generate link ad import style code for the respective font in the side panel. 3. Click on Link to generate the font link. 4. Copy the link provided against < link href => as shown on the screenshot below:Adding fonts from Google Fonts

5. The link can be further pasted for Primary or Secondary Font on the Skillate App. 6. Choose @import to generate the style code for the respective font. Adding fonts from Google Fonts

7. Copy the link and paste it on a new page on your browser. Resptive font face will be displayed. 8. Copy the entire font face and paste it on the Skillate App to add it as a primary or secondary font.
